The 2013 INHORGENTA MUNICH Munich International Watch, Jewellery, Silverware and Processing Equipment Fair was held from February 22nd to 25th, 2013. The exhibition attracted about 30,000 industry professionals from 85 countries, an increase of more than 2% over the previous exhibition. . This exhibition further strengthens its international character and strengthens its role as the world’s leading display platform for affordable jewelry, watches and lifestyle luxury goods. The number of professional visitors from Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands and the UK has increased significantly. Professional visitors from the United States, Russia, China, South America and the United Arab Emirates also visited Munich. As a result, this exhibition further strengthens its international character and consolidates its role as the world’s leading display platform for affordable jewelry, watches and lifestyle luxury goods. The positive results of INHORGENTA MUNICH 2013 also confirm Messe München’s audience questionnaire (by GMM Gelszus Messe-Marktforschung). 97% of professional visitors commented that the exhibition was excellent, very good or good; continuous improvement became more and more obvious. Professional audiences-85% of whom are decision makers-are particularly satisfied with the integrity and clarity of the show and its wide range. Klaus Dittrich emphasized: ‘The positive response of the professional audience reflects the confidence in this exhibition in the industry. We have changed our positioning and can meet our exhibitors with an affordable luxury goods trading platform created with high-quality design concepts. And visitors, we are very happy about this. ‘
A total of 1,237 exhibitors-9% more than in 2012-presented their latest product range at INHORGENTA MUNICH 2013; the proportion of foreign exhibitors rose from 37% to 47%. With the opening of lifestyle brand showrooms-‘Trends & Vision’-a total of 7 showrooms celebrate the 40th anniversary of the show. Trends in diversity, new materials and presentations point to future innovations and highlight the importance of the show.
The 2014 INHORGENTA MUNICH Munich International Watch, Jewellery, Silverware and Processing Equipment Fair will be held from February 14th to 17th, 2014 at the New Munich Trade Fair Centre.
